Who is etrip24 built for?
etrip24 helps agencies and in-house HR teams organize company trips, team building and galas. You can gather requirements, prepare options and proposals, get approval and hand the program over to the operations team. Personal tour bookings and direct purchases of travel services are not currently supported.
Does the client need a complete brief?
No. Start with the information you have. etrip24 helps organize the requirements and asks for missing details such as group size, origin and destination, duration, objectives, participant needs and budget.
How do I get started with etrip24?
Sign up with Google or an email address that you verify. etrip24 creates a separate workspace where you can set up your branding, clients, team members and supplier list, then start creating a program.
Can I paste the client's existing brief into the system?
Yes. Paste the text and AI helps organize it into information for planning. Check the information before using it. For requirements in a Word or PDF file, you currently need to copy and paste the text; the system does not read those requirement files directly.
How does the system handle missing or uncertain information?
etrip24 can suggest assumptions to keep planning moving and flag details that need checking. These assumptions are not treated as confirmed facts. You still need to confirm important details with your client or suppliers before sharing a proposal.
Can I build options before dates or budget are finalized?
Yes. Use a tentative date range or estimated budget to start planning. etrip24 marks those details as unconfirmed. Before sharing a final-priced proposal, check the event dates, included services and actual prices with your suppliers.
